On the occasion of the SPACE trade fair from September 14th to 16th, 2021 in Rennes (Hall 9 booth D76) and the Sommet de l’élevage trade fair from October 5th to 8th, 2021 in Clermont-Ferrand (Hall 1 booth A43), Trotec France exhibited its TrotecQ100, an innovative raw material for animal feed. The product was awarded a star during the Innov’Space 2021 competition.
TrotecQ100 is much more than just a biscuit blend …
Our end product is made from cookies, bread, chocolate, chips, candy, breakfast cereals, etc. from the food industry.
Packed products are separated from their packaging through high-tech unpacking lines, which were developed and built by Trotec.
A unique equipment of indirect drying with heat recovery guarantees the microbiological quality and optimizes the digestibility, while ensuring a minimum of energy consumption.
This process is supported by the European project LIFE.
Thanks to their transformation into a nutritious and energetic ingredient for animal feed, (even the most complex) production waste and unsold food products remain within the food chain.
In this way, TrotecQ100 makes it possible to replace other raw materials, such as wheat, corn, barley, soy and even sugar and palm oil.
This Innov’Space trophy, of which the award ceremony took place on September 14th, 2021 proofs that our company is at the top in supporting the circular economy, the reduction of CO2 emissions and the limitation of deforestation.
